
Chad Burchett has 26 years of heavy truck engineering experience. He has developed and delivered multiple electric vehicle platforms to the markets in North America. He also has experience in autonomous vehicle technology in heavy trucks. He was awarded the RBTC Innovator of the Year Award in 2023.

Renita is a proven engineering and operations leader with deep experience in heavy-duty vehicle integration, manufacturing scale-up, and supplier performance. She has led global, cross-functional teams through powertrain and vehicle integration, complex product development, and launch readiness — ensuring performance, quality, and business objectives are achieved from design through delivery. Her career spans roles in engineering, quality, operations, and strategic portfolio leadership at Ford Motor Company and Volvo Group Trucks Technology. Renita is known for empowering teams — building trust, enabling accountability, and creating environments where people can thrive and deliver their best work. She has lived and worked across the U.S., Mexico, Turkey, South Africa, and the U.K. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY projects, travel, and cooking.

Rob has a BSAE degree from North Carolina State University. While his degree in focused on Aerospace, he has spent his career in the automotive sector, focused mainly on chassis, suspension, and axle components for large vehicles, but he has recently been working with hydraulic brake design. At his core, he is a problem solver and will tackle anything that needs a solution. His specialty is optimizing casting and sheet metal designs for efficiency and cost effectiveness. In school, Rob headed a team that eventually won a world championship for designing and building a balsawood structure that held thousands of times its own weight. In college, Rob helped design and build an RC airplane that carried many times its own weight in cargo.
Rob has 5 patents, ranging from heavy towing designs to aerodynamic improvements. Outside of work, Rob enjoys woodworking, cycling, hand tossing a good pizza and playing with his grandchildren.

Cary is an international business and marketing graduate as an honors student at the University of North Florida. She has a passion for efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In her current role, Cary supports engineering leadership and teams by streamlining administrative processes, managing project timelines, tracking requisitions, and implementing engineering change orders. She’s known for her proactive problem-solving, keen eye for detail, and dedication to team success. Cary approaches every task with enthusiasm and a “teamwork makes the dream work” mindset. Outside of work, Cary enjoys surfing, hiking, swimming, and gardening. She’s an avid reader and passionate animal lover, always seeking new adventures and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Dushyant is a mechanical engineer with my bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka,and master’s in Robotics engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has experience in design and development of chassis subsystems of agricultural and commercial vehicles, solid modelling, drafting, FEA, and simulation in CREO. He also has brief experience in factory automation, computer vision and programming in C++, python. He is passionate about using programming and CAD to automate redundant work and to efficiently perform simulations. At CAC Tech Solutions, he will be utilizing his 3D modeling skills to work on new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Rohan is a mechanical engineer. Rohan earned his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering in Mumbai before completing his master’s at Clemson University. With a specialization in 3D modeling programs like CREO, Rohan has hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, and mechanical system development. At CAC Tech Solutions, he leverages his advanced CREO 3D modeling skills to develop innovative mechanical components and systems


Dawson is a technician at CAC Tech Solutions Incorporated. He is from Radford, VA with a strong passion for anything mechanical. He is interested in putting objects in motion and has years of experience in both building new products as well as rebuilding and retrofitting. Dawsons interest outside of mechanical things would be his passion for fishing and hunting.

From Greensboro, NC, Diya Parikh is a Business and Information Science student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is passionate about driving sustainable impact through business and is especially interested in strategy, marketing, and business development. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds joy in dancing and singing, experimenting with intricate coffee creations, travelling the globe, and finding beauty in the little things.

Jameson is a mechanical engineering student at NC State University. With a passion and focus on sustainability and clean energy, his career interests mainly lie in EVs and material science/material testing.

From Greensboro, NC, Lee is an Electrical Engineering student at Virginia Tech. With a strong passion for sustainable technology, he is particularly interested in electric vehicles and nuclear power. His career goals include working in the power generation sector or the EV automotive industry. In addition to his technical interests, Lee has a deep interest in music.

Originally from Giles, Virginia, Scotty is set to graduate from Virginia Tech in May 2025 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Passionate about innovation in healthcare, he aspires to design cutting-edge medical devices that improve patient outcomes and advance the field of medical technology.
